Bentley Manual Tdi Golf Mk4 Tuning
Hello All, I'm starting this thread because I managed to break some bolts while doing a Axle/CV replacement on my 2003 Jetta TDI, following the Bentley Service Manual. The manual has graphics for 5 different axle versions each with slight variations in the CV, triple-roller, etc. My issue is with the torque ratings for the 6 multipoint-socket-head-bolts on the inner attachment. It looks like they used different bolts for 3,4&5 versions from versions 1&2. The manual however seams to have the version 2 bolts mislabeled with the torque for versions 3,4&5. I've marked it in the picture below(should be 40Nm). I'm wondering if anyone else has found any other errors in the Bentley Service Manual?
Not sure if this justifies a new thread.just some numbers i am coming across a lot.
